RAGBRAI

Here are the rules for those who rode RAGBRAI with HBA last year:

1. You have to be a member of HBA by December 31 (the previous year) to go with the club on RAGBRAI the following year.

2. There must be separate RAGBRAI applications for each person.  (More than one application can be mailed in the same envelope.)
